Based in Nigeria's commercial heartbeat of Lagos, our business was founded in 1992 and has since grown to become a leading supplier and designer of corporate outfits and staff uniforms in the country.

We are dedicated to sourcing quality fabrics and producing impeccably tailored uniforms at prices you can afford. Beyond garment-making, we add embroidery and printed or monogrammed logos, as required, for a touch of luxury branding.

We also make soft furnishings, such as curtains, table clothes and skirtings, cushions, bed linens, and throws.

Founder

Gertruda Fashions was founded by Gertrude Kassami Olu-Ibukun in 1992.

Nurtured by her business acumen and fashion expertise, as well as a team of hardworking tailors, the business has grown to become the supplier of top hospitality brands in the country.

Mrs. Olu-Ibukun previously worked in the accountancy department of the Nigerian Embassy in Paris, where she also studied fashion design. In 2001, she completed a United Nations Conference on Trade and Development/EMPRETEC program for small and medium-size entrepreneurs to hone her management skills.
